The Vrbas River is a river in central and northern Bosnia and Herzegovina. It flows for 250 km (160 mi), and the area of its basin is 6,264 km² (2,422 sq mi). It is a right-hand tributary of the Sava River. Drains the central part of the northern slopes of the Dinaric mountain range, between Jajce and Banja Luka, where the valley that appears in the stamp is located.
