The Seville-Larache airline was inaugurated on October 15, 1921 with a De Havilland DH-9 plane from CETA (Compañía Española de Tráfico Aéreo [Spanish Air Traffic Company], created in 1920) piloted by the Englishman Jack Hatchett, carrying, in addition to its postal cargo , three passengers and an autograph letter from King Alfonso XIII addressed to General Emilio Barrera, greeting the Spanish troops fighting in Africa.

Royal Nepal Airlines (शाही नपपाल वायुयुववा), currently named Nepal Airlines Corporation (नपपाल वायुयुववा निगम) was founded on July 1, 1958. The airline’s first and only aircraft was a Douglas DC-3, and its services were limited to Simara and Pokhara, and destinations to India such as Patna, Calcutta and Delhi.

The first flights to Chişinău began on June 24, 1926, on the Bucharest - Galaţi - Chişinău route. The flights were operated by the Compagnie Franco-Roumaine de Navigation Aérienne. From Bucharest via Galaţi a flight was also established to Iași. These first flights were used to transport postal mail.

On April 2, 1924, the Portuguese aviators José Manuel Sarmento de Beires (1892-1974) and António Jacinto da Silva Brito Pais (1884-1934), left Vila Nova de Milfontes, at the mouth of the Mira river. After a very convulsive journey, they reached the outskirts of the Chinese city of Guangzhou on June 23, after traveling 16,380 kilometers with several stopovers and using two planes, the Pátria and the Pátria II. His feat, however, was silenced after the proclamation of Estado Novo in Portugal after the military coup of May 28, 1926, which both pilots opposed. On December 20, 1999, a few months after the issuance of these stamps, the Portuguese colony of Macao came under the sovereignty of the People's Republic of China.

Reproduction of the first airmail stamp issued by the Dominican Republic on May 31, 1928. The first postal flights from Santo Domingo went to Port-au-Prince (Haiti), Santiago de Cuba and San Juan of Puerto Rico.

When this stamp was issued, Albania was occupied by Italy, which had incorporated it into its metropolitan territory and had proclaimed its King Victor Emmanuel II, King of Albania: in effect, the stamp reads MBRETNIJA SHQIPTARE, which means "Kingdom of Albanians ”. Italy established a network of air connections in the country with the Ala Littoria company, which are the ones that appear on the stamp, although few of them operated regularly. These routes stopped operating in September 1944, after German troops, who had replaced the Italians a year earlier, were defeated by Albanian partisans.

The Challenge was a contest of tourist aircraft, so competing aircraft had to be able to take at least two persons aboard, take off and land on a short field and cover a distance with a good cruising speed. In fact, Germany, Poland, Czechoslovakia and Italy developed modern sports aircraft specifically to meet the demands of the Challenge.
Germany organized the 1932 competition because the German pilot Fritz Morzik won the previous Challenge in 1930. In this edition Germany (16 teams), France (8 teams), Italy (8 teams), Poland (5 teams), Czechoslovakia (4 teams) and Switzerland (2 teams) participated. The Polish team made up of pilot Franciszek Żwirko and mechanic Stanisław Wigura won the test.
The 1934 contest was organized by the Aeroklub Polski (Polish Aero Club), and Germany (13 teams), Poland (12 teams), Italy (6 teams) and Czechoslovakia (3 teams) participated. The test was won by the Polish team made up by pilot Jerzy Bajan and mechanic Gustaw Pokrzywka.

In January 1961 Misr Air merged with Syrian Airways to form United Arab Airlines (UAA) as a result of the new political relations between Egypt and Syria, although this agreement was short-lived. It retained its name for a time, but was eventually replaced by Egyptair in October 1971.

Lloyd Aéreo Boliviano (LAB) was a passenger and cargo transportation airline in Bolivia, founded in La Paz by Guillermo Kyllman on September 15, 1925. Its base of operations was in the city of Cochabamba. The airline's first plane, a Junkers F-13, with capacity for two crew members and four passengers, was a gift from the German community in Bolivia. The first international flights of the airline began in July 1930, with routes between La Paz and Rio de Janeiro and La Paz to Corumbá. Unable to overcome an economic crisis that began in 1994, the airline ceased service in 2012, and subsequent relaunch attempts failed.
