Jimenoa Falls (in Spanish, Salto de Jimenoa), 35 m (115 ft) high, formed by the Jimenoa River, is located in the municipality of Jarabacoa (which means “place of waters” in the Taíno language), in the province from La Vega, on a plateau of the Cordillera Central, at 529 m (1,735 ft) above sea level.
