The Gera Waterfalls (Cataratas de Gera) are located in the Jepelacio district (Moyobamba province, San Martín region, northern Peru), in the heart of the Selva Alta, at an altitude of 880 m (2,887 ft). They are formed by the Gera River, and the water falls in three jumps down a slope of 120 m (394 ft). The lands where the falls are located are owned by the Electro Oriente company, which manages the visits.
