English Harbour is a natural deep-water harbor and settlement in the Saint Paul Parish, on Falmouth Bay, on the south coast of the island of Antigua. It is part of Nelson's Dockyard National Park. Its population, in 2012, was 666 inhabitants. Due to its strategic importance, it served as a base of operations for the former British Navy in the 17th and 18th centuries. It is currently a center for water sports, mainly sailing.
