The
Cliffs of Lekine (or Lekiny) are located in the extreme west of the island of Ouvéa, the northernmost of
the Loyalty
Islands, in the Pacific Ocean, belonging to New Caledonia and
administratively a province of this French overseas territory. It is an
extraordinary calcareous formation of gray tones and of great geological
interest, which contains numerous caves.
