The Træna municipality consist of over one thousand small islands off the coast of Norway, in Nordland county. The islands lie along the Trænfjorden to the southeast and the Norwegian Sea to the west. The total area of the archipelago is 1,793.81 km² (692.60 sq mi), but only 16.51 km² (6.37 sq mi) of land mass. In 2020, the population was 435 inhabitants. Four of the islands are populated: Husøya, Selvær, Sanna, and Sandøy.
